Education is an important mean of empowering girls and achieving their dreams, but unfortunately there are many stories of girls who have been deprived of completing their education. Today, with the COVID-19 pandemic, completing education has become a major challenge for many of marginalized girls in the Jordanian society. The project "From marginalized girls to empowered women" showed that yet again the turning point that determines a girl’s future is whether or not she stays in school.
This video is part of a research project entitled "From marginalized girls to empowered women" carried out by the Information and Research Center - King Hussein Foundation in cooperation with the IM Swedish Development Partner. It is inspired by The Girls Effect.
