Level of empowerment among families of children with disabilities in Jordan
The purpose of this study is to explore the level embowering the families of disabled children in Jordan and a proposed model for empowerment,The sample of the study consisted of 12 families of Mental Disability children,Autism,movement disability,audio disability and Visual disability,and a sample that consisted of 5 families with normal children studying in regular schools close to special needs Centers,therefore,the sample consisted of 17 Jordanian families. The results of this study indicated that the level of empowerment was moderate for the disabled children families.
