This précis presents abridged findings and recommendations from the longer formative evaluation undertaken by Manafeth Consultants for the USAID Local Enterprise Support Project (LENS). The overall goal of the evaluation was to assess whether the Micro-Franchise Model (MFM) has social and economic development potential in Jordan.
