General Report on the Performance of the Eighteenth House of Representatives
The report aims at informing the public about the activities carried out by the Jordanian Eighteenth House of Representatives during the period from 7/11/216 to 12/11/217,in order to enhance popular control over the performance of the Parliament in the field of legislation and supervision and development,thus contributing to communication between citizens and MPs. The level of participation is dedicated to the principles of transparency,integrity and good performance.
The report contains quantitative and qualitative indicators through the first regular session and the special session of the first regular session to follow up the parliamentary sessions of 34 sessions,with 64 working days,during which 37 laws were passed,24 of which were in the first ordinary session in addition to recording the discussions of the deputies and covering meetings of the Council and parliamentary committees and building a base And allows the electoral rules to look forward to the performance of their representatives in Parliament by creating standard impressions of their performance and comparing them to their aspirations on which they have voted.
The report focused on three aspects: the performance of the Jordanian parliament,the organization of opinion polls,and the organization of a series of dialogue sessions between the Council of Representatives and the local community in all governorates.
