This paper aims to show the position statement of the IRCKHF regarding the subject of families of Jordanian women married to non-Jordanians and their husbands in Jordan,through a review of the most important legal,social,and economic problems that this category faces because of national legislation,taking into account how suitable such legislation is  with the Constitution and the international obligations Jordan is committed to.
