In this report,the National Democratic Institute studies and observes the 16th parliamentary election which took place in November of 21. In this analysis,they consider the pre-election conditions,the election day conditions and stipulations,as well as the collection of votes and tabulation of results after election day. After this thorough observation of how this election progressed and occurred,the National Democratic Institute gives recommendations of political reforms which would increase participation and contestation,as well as make the government more accountable to the populace.
