This paper examines the impact of the Syrian refugee crisis in Jordan on both Jordanians' and Syrians' access to basic services,such as sanitation services,healthcare,and education. The paper uses a gendered lens to explore how access to services differ not only along nationality lines,but along gender lines as well. At the end of the report,service improvements are recommended so that women and men of both nationalities will have better access to basic services in Irbid and Zarqa.
