This paper seeks to highlight the reality of digital violence in Jordan, as a form of violence that differs from traditional violence in its nature and effects, as it is characterized by its rapid spread and wide-ranging damage, posing complex challenges related to privacy, social stigma, and the protection of digital evidence. Women and girls, along with minors, persons with disabilities, and the elderly, are the most vulnerable and exposed to this type of violation, and they are often reluctant to report it for fear of scandal or loss of privacy.
