General Amnesty Law No. 5 of 2019
The "General Amnesty Law" No. (5) of 219 became effective as soon as it was published on the Official Gazette on Tuesday, February 5, 219. In this law, all the cases that will be exempted were defined including specific criminal crimes that occoured before 12 December 218. Also,, it identifined all issues and crimes that will not be exempted such as those affecting the State security.
