The work of the courts has been affected by the Coronavirus pandemic like other vital sectors that were affected in the Corona crisis. Therefore, the judicial committee that was formed established a strategy to organize the procedures for conducting trials in the various courts within the standards of fair trials, the priorities of the justice sector, and the state's general policies and plans. This strategy aims to achieve the goals of running the justice sector during the prohibition period, during the post-prohibition period and before the end of the crisis, as well as during the post-crisis period, in addition to preserving rights and freedoms and dedicating fair trial principles within the framework of public safety instructions.
