This article talks aboout the instructions issued by the Minister of Labor for all ministries and government institutions to face the difficulty in applying flexible work and remote work to avoid the spreed of Coronavirus. With regard to the private sector, these instructions are not obliged to them, and the employers can take the decision, which led to face problems by the workers in this sector, especially those with children because the suspension of kindergartens and schools due to the spread of Coronavirus in Jordan.
