UNHCR conducts post-distribution monitoring exercises on a quarterly basis for Syrian refugees and a bi-annual basis for non-Syrian refugees.  The report analyses the results of home visits and phone interviews with a geographically representative sample of 554 beneficiary households.  In the first quarter of 217,3, Syrian refugee families were supported per month and 16 million USD was distributed.  For twenty-three percent of beneficiaries,UNHCR is their sole source of income.
