Summary

This report serves to summarize the Third Regional Civil Society Seminar on Mechanisms for Regional Dialogue Between Civil Society,Authorities,and the EU. The seminar maintained a primary focus on beginning a policy-oriented discussion on the three themes identified at the previous civil society seminar: mobility,inequalities,and shrinking spaces for civil society. Each of these three themes are addressed individually in the Annex by specified working groups.
