This paper is part of the activities of an advocacy project led by the Information and Research Center - King Hussein Foundation on “The Rights of Recipients of Sexual and Reproductive Health Services and Persons in Need of Protection in Jordan”. This paper addresses one of the project's objectives, which is to identify and characterize the gaps in legislation and policies that prevent access to sexual and reproductive health services for the most vulnerable, and to propose legislative and policy amendments that protect them from abuse and exploitation in line with international standards and best practices.”
