To understand the impact of the crisis on Jordanian consumers,DNA conducted a survey of 1 3 consumers in Jordan and presented key insights within this report. Throughout the report,DNA aimed at exploring how consumers in Jordan are affected by COVID-19 and explore their underlying concerns and attitudes,as well as understanding how demand patterns is shifting in response to the pandemic COVID-19 is remains a health and humanitarian crisis but its economic impact on consumers was found to be profound. Findings of this report will help businesses adapt to changing consumer needs and preferences.
