This manual was drafted to empower the staff of the Legislative Studies & Research Center - House of Representatives on the subject of qualitative and quantitative gender research. The manual touched upon all phases,including literature review,legislative review,and design and testing of research tools. The manual collected and analyzed information,and concluded recommendations and findings.
