قانون الأحداث الأردني: دراسة تحليلية من واقع التطبيق العملي مقارنة بالاتفاقيات الدولية
تنقسم هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين رئيسين,حيث تناولت في المبحث الأول الأصول الإجرائية لمحاكمة الأحداث من حيث نطاق تطبيق القانون,وإجراءات المحاكمة. وفي المبحث الثاني تناولت التدابير الإصلاحية للحدث,سواء تلك التي نص عليها قانون الأحداث الأردني او تلك التي قررتها الاتفاقيات الدولية. كما قدم التقرير مجموعة من التوصيات في مجال النصوص القانونية.
