Patterns of Violence in Amman and Zarqa 2011
This infograph summarizes some of the findings of IRCKHF's '<a href="http://irckhf.org/en/project/patterns-violence-greater-amman-and-zarqa"… of Violence in Amman and Zarqa</a>'. The purpose of the study was to examine the prevalence of violence, and the attitudes and perceptions regarding this violence, in Jordan’s two most populated governorates: Amman and Zarqa. The report examined not only the extent to which violence is prevalent in these two governorates, as well as the nature of this violence (including physical, psychological and economic elements), but also attempted to obtain an understanding of the causes of this violence, by determining inter-weaving issues, and how they relate to one another.
